It Couldn't Have Been Better Had I Planned It That Way
I was out house shopping in Dauphin County, PA with some buyers yesterday and we decided to stop for a bite to eat and discuss the homes we had visited. To our amazement, this is the "Fortune" Mr Buyer had in is cookie. I did not call ahead to the restaurant and plan it, it was spontaneous. I love it when things like this happen. We had a good laugh, but we also had a very serious talk. They are excited about the coming year (and so am I).
